The RankZero Method
The RankZero Method is how we run a done-for-you AI SEO engagement for B2B SaaS and ecommerce brands. It has six stages: two in your first two weeks to set up and measure where you start, then four that repeat every month. Each stage ends in something you can check, and progress is read in your own GA4 and Search Console.

Measure & improve
By the 90-day mark, three monthly cycles have run, and the result is read against the 90 days before kickoff.
Every tier runs the same six stages. What changes by tier is how much gets done each month: 10, 20, or 30 new content pieces, 25, 50, or 100 tracked prompts, and a standing strategy call that is monthly, every two weeks, or weekly. See the tiers.
Setup: weeks 1 to 2
Onboard & align
What we do
- Run a kickoff call on your business, your buyers, and your voice.
- Connect GA4, Search Console, and your CMS.
- Set up tracking on the prompts your buyers ask AI, and on the competitors you are measured against.
What you get
Prompt tracking live on your brand, so every later number has a starting point.
Audit & benchmark
What we do
- Run a technical audit of your site: crawling, indexing, schema, and speed.
- Review the content you have already published.
- Take a baseline of your rankings and your AI citations before any work starts.
What you get
The baseline every later number is read against, and a 90-day roadmap tied to your pipeline goals, before any work begins.
The monthly cycle
These four stages repeat every month, and each month starts from what the last one measured.
Set priorities
What we do
- Find the quick wins: pages already ranking 11 to 30 in Google.
- Rank topics by demand and by relevance to your buyers.
- Build the month's content calendar.
What you get
The month's plan, which you see before the work starts.
Create & publish
What we do
- Write new pieces for search and for AI answers at once: 10, 20, or 30 a month, depending on tier.
- Optimize pages you already have in depth, and fix the technical issues the audit found.
- Check every draft for accuracy, SEO, and internal links. A person on our side reviews every draft before it publishes, and nothing publishes without your sign-off.
Every piece is written to your brand voice. English, German, and Dutch content is written or reviewed by a native speaker.
Where we have access, we ship changes into your site ourselves. Where a fix belongs in your codebase, we write the ticket and the acceptance test, then verify it in production once it goes live.
What you get
Work live on your own site, not a document you have to action.
Distribute & get cited
What we do
- Map where each piece should be seen: the communities, directories, and third-party pages your buyers read and AI answers cite.
- Draft the posts and pitches for those places. Who sends them is agreed with you.
- Check which AI answers cite you, and which sources they cite instead.
What you get
For every piece, a list of where it should appear, with the drafts ready.
We do not buy links, and no piece comes with a promised link or placement, because nobody can guarantee what a third party publishes.
Measure & improve
What we do
- Report every month on rankings, traffic, and AI citations, built from your own GA4 and Search Console.
- Adjust next month's priorities on what actually moved.
- Expand the topics that are gaining traction.
What you get
A monthly report of what moved, and a standing strategy call to decide what happens next.
Week 12: the 90-day mark
By week 12, three monthly cycles have run. We compare your citations and share of voice with where you started, and we read AI-referred sessions in your own GA4 against the 90 days before kickoff.
That is where the guarantee is measured, in analytics you own and we do not control.
How progress is measured
In two places, and you can check both yourself.
In AI answers, your 25, 50, or 100 buyer prompts, depending on tier, run daily across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews, with Claude on request. For each prompt we record which brands each engine names, which competitors it names instead of you, and which sources it cites, against the baseline from setup.
In search, traffic lands in your own GA4 and Search Console. You see the same numbers we do.
25%+ AI traffic lift in 90 days
We commit to a 25% rise in AI-referred sessions in your own GA4 within your first 90 days, measured against the 90 days before kickoff.
Baseline is the 90 days before kickoff, and we agree the counted referrers with you at kickoff. Your analytics decide, not ours. Changes you approve go live within 10 working days.
On The Category Leader tier: We commit to a 50% rise in AI-referred sessions in your own GA4 within your first 90 days, measured against the 90 days before kickoff.
What the method does not do
- It does not buy links or promise a placement. We map and draft the off-site work, and no single mention is guaranteed.
- It does not promise a spot in Google AI Overviews. Nobody controls that placement, which is why our commitment is one you can check in your own data.
- It does not cover every language. English, German, and Dutch are the only three where a native speaker writes or reviews the work.
- It is not a one-off audit. The method runs as a monthly retainer, so if you want a single audit to hand your team, the audit call is the place to start.
What changed in each version
The method gets a new version number when what you get changes. A stage added, removed, or reordered is a new major version, such as 2.0. A change to what a stage delivers, or to how progress is measured, is a new minor version, such as 1.1. Every version stays listed here, with its date and what changed.
- Version 1.0, September 2026: first published version. Six stages in two phases, setup in weeks 1 to 2 and a four-stage monthly cycle, measured at the 90-day mark in your own GA4 and Search Console.
