What do you like best?

The most impressive feature is the real-time visibility tracking across LLMs (like ChatGPT and Google Gemini). Most SEO tools only care about Google Search, but RankZero shows exactly how often your brand is mentioned in AI conversations. I love the competitor benchmarking graph; seeing my brand’s "Share of Voice" compared to others in a single timeline makes it very easy to identify exactly when a competitor started gaining ground. The best tool so far is the "To dos" Furthermore implementation is very easy, with recommnedations made by customer support. The founder is also available for answers. My frequency of use is not high yet but we are starting to implement them actively.

What do you dislike?

The "No mentions" data for some competitors (like "competitor 1" or "competitor 2" in the screenshot) is a bit of a "cold start" problem. While it's accurate, I'd love more proactive suggestions on why they aren't being mentioned: is it a lack of citations or a specific prompt bias? Maybe a nice feature would be to do "market intelligence" and have the dashboard of how the owner of your competitors' company would look the UX

What problems is RankZero solving?

RankZero solves the "Black Box" problem of AI Search. Problem: I don't know if ChatGPT or Gemini is recommending my products to users. Benefit: RankZero tracks these "Recent Chats" and identifies the specific sources that the AI is using to form its answers. This allows me to focus my PR and backlink strategy on the sites that actually influence AI models, directly increasing my brand's visibility where the next generation of customers is searching.

What do you like best?

As the founder of The Fine Wine, a young and growing premium wine brand, RankZero honestly feels like one of those tools you wish you had discovered earlier. What I like most is that it finally gives me clarity on something that always felt vague; how AI platforms actually see and mention my brand. In the wine industry, recommendations mean everything. Knowing how AI tools position The Fine Wine when people search for premium wines or curated selections is super valuable. The dashboard is clean and easy to understand, which I really appreciate as a founder who is juggling a lot of responsibilities at the same time. I don’t need overly technical data, I need clear insights I can act on, and RankZero delivers exactly that. What really stands out is the competitive insight. RankZero shows exactly how my website performs compared to other brands in ways I would honestly never be able to figure out myself. It breaks down where competitors are outperforming us and why. That kind of insight is huge when you’re trying to grow. It also gives super practical feedback on what can be improved on my own website. Not vague suggestions, but clear tips that actually make sense. On top of that, it analyzes our overall SEO score and highlights specific areas to optimize, which makes it way easier to prioritize improvements. Another feature I love is how it helps improve AI mentions. It literally shows the prompts that trigger mentions of other brands and explains why those brands are being referenced. That information alone is really valuable. I can use those insights to tweak our content and strategy so The Fine Wine gets mentioned more often in relevant AI conversations. Onboarding was smooth and the support team was genuinely helpful. One of their founders invited me to a call in which he showed me the functionalities of the software and helped me out with how to navigate the dashboard. That kind of support makes a big difference.

What do you dislike?

If I had to point out one thing, it’s that RankZero gives so many useful suggestions that it can sometimes be hard to decide what to tackle first, especially when I don’t have a lot of time and my focus is needed in other parts of the business. It would be great to have a clearer “priority mode” or something that highlights the single highest-impact improvement to focus on when time is limited. That way, I can quickly make the most valuable adjustment without overthinking it. That said, it’s definitely a luxury problem. I’d rather have too many good insights than too few.

What problems is RankZero solving?

Before RankZero, AI visibility felt like a blind spot. I had no idea if AI platforms were recommending The Fine Wine or even mentioning us at all. Now I actually know where we stand, how we compare to competitors, and most importantly, what to improve. Instead of guessing, I can make smarter decisions about content and technical SEO. It gives me a clear roadmap to increase both our search performance and our AI visibility. As a young founder building a premium brand, having these kinds of insights is powerful. I’m genuinely happy with the platform, which is exactly why I decided to leave this review.
