Tracking Competitors
RankZero lets you monitor competitors using the same visibility metrics, so you can see who AI is promoting alongside (or instead of) you.
Competitors come back throughout all of RankZero, they make up the industry ranking, show up in mentions of recent chats and are linked in your sources.
Competitors are also suggested during onboarding
How to Add Competitors
Navigate to Competitors in your sidebar. From here, you can:
Add Competitors Manually
Navigate to the Competitors page and use the Add Competitor form:
- Name: Enter the competitor's brand name as it typically appears in AI responses
- URL: Add their main website domain (used to detect source citations)
- Click Add Competitor to save
Why this matters: You can't win what you can't see. Track who AI recommends when your customers ask questions—then take back that ground.
